Case study · recruitment agency · Poland
Sparta Jobs finds work in Poland for Ukrainians. We suggested testing a 3D cartoon, they said «yes» and sent nothing else. From that test cartoon we built a series of our own, «Your zloty», about workers' rights: a new episode every day, the same characters, real Sparta recruiters among them. Here is episode 4, «Night shift».
On the left, the whole conversation: our offer to test a new format and Sparta's «yes». On the right, episode 4 of the series that grew out of that «yes» (in Ukrainian, for people working in Poland).
Yes
We keep testing new formats. Shall we try a 3D cartoon for you?
27 SeptemberFrom Sparta Jobs, one «yes» and not a single file
There was no material from the client, and there still isn't. The series idea, characters, scripts and every episode are ours.
The test cartoon «Fake agency» showed the format works, so we turned it into the series «Your zloty» with a story running through the season: Serhiy has just arrived in Poland, almost pays scammers, and by the finale he has a legal job and his family beside him. The title has a double meaning: every episode is about the worker's money, and Zlotyi is a little monkey, the office mascot. Money in the title is deliberate: on Sparta's account, Reels about «your money» pass 1,000 views 18% of the time, job ads only 3%.
Every episode is built like a film: conflict from the first second, a twist, a workers' rights rule as the hero's weapon and a hook for the next episode. Before voicing, the script goes through checks: can you retell it to a friend as a story without the word Sparta, where is the twist, what does the hero stand to lose, will someone who missed the earlier episodes follow it.
Script checked before voicing
Serhiy is the same hero as in the test cartoon, so viewers already know his face. Around him: a foreman, Zlotyi the monkey and real Sparta recruiters. We drew Vlad and Olga from their photos, and Vlad speaks in the series in his own voice.
The recruiters appear as mentors at the critical moment: a call, a message, a visit. They don't advertise the agency, they help the hero. That is how viewers meet the people they will later call.
The same characters in every episode

The episode's topic: night shifts with no extra pay. We checked every rule in Polish primary sources on the day of production: the night-hour supplement (Labour Code art. 151⁸), a contract clause worse than the law is void (art. 18), and a labour inspector does not tell the employer the visit follows a complaint. The words «anonymous complaint» are left out on purpose: the law is more precise.
10 scenes, a name tag with a role introduces each character, and the articles of the law appear on screen exactly when they are spoken. The phone number is on screen only, never spoken: that is Sparta's rule.
Episode out on 1 October on Sparta's Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

Raw footage sells nothing on its own. What sells is a Reel that gives a reason to keep watching from the first second, a story people want to watch to the end, and a clear next step for the viewer. We build every Reel, post and carousel from these three parts, so the content works for requests, not for show.
The episode runs 55 seconds, and in that time the viewer lives a whole story: an injustice, fear, a twist, a win and the question of what happens next.
«Foreman, it's the third week of nights only. And the rate's the day rate.»
Anyone who has worked in a Polish warehouse or factory knows this: night shifts, day rate on the payslip. Viewers recognise their own grievance in the first line and stay to see whether the hero can put it right.
The foreman's reply, «Don't like it, there's the door», raises the stakes: now it's not just the supplement but the job itself. Within seconds the viewer knows who is right, who the villain is and what could be lost.
The supplement rule doesn't sound like a lecture, it's the weapon the hero uses to beat the foreman. Viewers remember the rule because they saw it work, and next time they will open their own contract.
Sparta appears not in an ad but in the beaten foreman's words: «Is that what they taught you at Sparta?» The strongest praise for the agency comes from the villain. And the scene with the new shop manager leaves a question: revenge or promotion? The answer is in the next episode, and that is why people follow.
«Follow to find out what happens next» · «50+ vacancies»
The ending offers two steps. The easy one: follow to find out what happens to Serhiy, and the series brings the viewer back to the account every day. The hot one: for those who need work right now, 50+ vacancies and a number with call hours on screen.
The caption asks «Do you get extra pay for nights? Write «yes» or «no»». A one-word answer is easy, and every comment lifts the Reel in the feed.
One «yes» to a test cartoon. The series, characters, scripts and every episode are ours.
