Connection

The whole website works only over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Data from the forms is sent encrypted.

Forms and briefs

• Requests reach only us: a closed part of the admin panel and our mailbox.
• Briefs are stored outside the public part of the server. They cannot be opened with a direct link, only people with the password have access.
• The forms are protected against automated spam.

Materials for Reels

We take files via Telegram, not through public cloud links. This way videos are not compressed and do not sit somewhere anyone could stumble upon them.

Access to your accounts

We never ask for passwords to Instagram or other profiles. If we post for you, we do it through the official connection of a post scheduling app, which you can disconnect at any time in your account settings.

Server and software

The website is hosted in Germany. The website software updates automatically, and only authorized people have access to the admin panel.
