Case study · construction · Poland

Before: 20 seconds of chaotic footage. After: an expert Reel about a steel hall.

PRADIUM Capital Construction builds industrial facilities and private homes in Poland. Iryna from the company sent us one phone video from a steel hall construction site and one sentence: come up with something from this. No topic, no text, no storyline. We found the detail in the frame that the whole hall rests on and turned it into a Reel that shows the contractor's expertise to exactly the people who commission buildings like this.

Before and after

On the left, everything Iryna sent: one video and one sentence. On the right, the Reel she received the same day. The Reel is in Polish, because the company's audience is in Poland.

Iryna sent 1 video and 1 message

  • 20 seconds on a phone, the camera just wanders across the site
  • Sound: only construction noise, nobody explains anything
  • In frame: columns, aerated concrete blocks, puddles, a site manager on the phone
  • Even the client herself didn't know what the video should be about
After
  • First frame: «Setki ton stali / NA TYCH ŚRUBACH» (hundreds of tonnes of steel on these bolts) over the column base
  • A 32-second Reel from the same 20 seconds
  • Iryna's voice explains in Polish how the hall is held by its anchor bolts
  • Technical terms as on-screen labels: płyta podstawy (base plate), geodezyjne wytyczenie (survey setting-out), tolerancja (tolerance)
  • An ending with PRADIUM's branded outro and a call to action for clients

Why this Reel works

Raw footage sells nothing on its own. What sells is a Reel that gives a reason to keep watching from the first second, a story people want to watch to the end, and a clear next step for the viewer. We build every Reel, post and carousel from these three parts, so the content works for requests, not for show.

Here is how these three parts come together in the PRADIUM Reel.

01 · Hook

Hundreds of tonnes on a few bolts

CuriosityProvocationFOMOShock numberViewer's painParadoxQuestion to the viewerPromise of benefit
«Setki ton stali na tych śrubach» · hundreds of tonnes of steel on these bolts

The viewer sees an ordinary column and never thinks about what is underneath. The hook sets scale against a tiny detail: hundreds of tonnes of steel and a few bolts in concrete. It is a shock number and a paradox at once, and people want to understand how it holds up at all.

We found this detail ourselves. The column base with its anchor bolts was in frame for only three seconds, and nobody asked us to talk about it. Spotting a story in a random shot is exactly what an editor is for.

02 · Storytelling

From scale to stakes measured in centimetres

  1. Scale. the hall's structure weighs hundreds of tonnes
  2. Mechanics. each column sits on a base plate, and the plate on anchor bolts set in the foundation
  3. Sequence. a surveyor sets the anchors before the first steel beam reaches the site
  4. Stakes. the column can't be adjusted: an anchor two centimetres off, and you are breaking up a finished foundation
  5. Conclusion. whether the hall stands straight is decided in a few centimetres of concrete
  6. Action. to clients planning industrial buildings: write to us

The Reel never says «we do quality work». It shows that the contractor knows where a mistake costs the most in a steel hall, and the viewer draws their own conclusion about competence. The company wanted to be seen as the best in construction: we show it instead of claiming it.

Stakes with a concrete number, two centimetres, make abstract «precision» tangible. A business owner immediately pictures what the rework would cost and remembers who told them about it.

03 · Call to action

A call to action for those who build halls

«Realizujemy projekty przemysłowe i komercyjne. Napisz do nas» · we deliver industrial and commercial projects, write to us

A Reel about an industrial building is watched by business owners planning a warehouse or a production facility. So the ending speaks directly to them and leads straight to a conversation about a project, instead of asking them to «follow».

The outro is branded: logo, call to action and website in one frame, the same in every one of the company's Reels. Anyone who sees a few of them in a row remembers the brand, not just the topic.

What we did

  1. Found the topic in the frame. We went through the 20 seconds frame by frame and stopped at the column base with its anchor bolts: it holds a story that is clear and interesting to a client.
  2. Wrote the script for a business owner. No construction jargon for its own sake: scale, mechanics, stakes, conclusion.
  3. Edited to every sentence. From one continuous walk across the site we cut a shot for every thought and stretched the footage to 32 seconds with repeated shots and a slower pace.
  4. Voiced it in Iryna's voice. In Polish, because the company's audience is in Poland.
  5. Added subtitles and terms.Subtitles in the brand's orange style, and technical terms as on-screen labels at the moment the voice mentions them.
  6. Added the branded outro. The PRADIUM logo, a call to action for clients planning industrial buildings, and the website.

What we needed from the company

One phone video they already had and one sentence on Telegram. Not even an idea.

Film however it turns out: on the go, no script. We take care of the topic, text, voice-over and editing, and turn every video you send into a Reel that shows your expertise to the right people.
